Accounting/Human Resources Manager Overview:

What the Accounting/HR Manager responsibilities will be:
Work directly with employees to resolve any issues, complaints, etc.

In charge of onboarding process, getting them in the system, technology set-up, etc.

Keep track of employees attendance Analyze and review benefits statements Assist with weekly payroll for 50-100 employees Responsible for garnishments, deductions, reimbursements, etc.

What the company needs in an Accounting/HR Manager?

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required CPA preferred Accounting and Human resources experience in a small to mid size company Experience with benefits is highly preferred ‘People person’ and someone with good customer service skills
