Director Of Finance – Healthcare Software & Analytics

We are looking for a trusted advisor to the business to help inform and guide decision making through innovative and insightful financial analyses. We are looking for bright, goal-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving processes that will allow our company to scale with growth. The Director, Finance for Government Services will be responsible for leading revenue improvement initiatives to grow revenue from our existing client base, cost savings initiatives, and other strategic capital and investment business cases for two businesses within the Software and Analytics segment of Change Healthcare, representing approximately $200M of annual revenues and $75M of AEBITDA. The Director, Finance will partner with business leaders to tackle the most significant challenges facing these businesses. Identifying and implementing process improvements, reporting, and analytics that provide enhanced transparency and provide valuable insights into financial results and metrics to business stakeholders to support initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with business leaders to drive key initiatives and action plans to improve revenue and profitability Implement new processes and reporting to identify leading indicators and metrics that will improve financial forecasting Partner with the business to develop and monitor capacity and resource planning models to maximize resource utilization Lead the analysis and periodic review of client and product/unit level profitability Partner with the business, sales, and deal desk to develop new pricing models and fee structures to enhance profitability and streamline the pricing component of the sales process Develop reporting of KPIs and presentations of the operational and financial performance of the businesses for monthly and quarterly business reviews that clearly highlight the financial health and trends for each business Provide financial education to business team members and clearly translate operational information into financial results This position is expected to possess the skills and initiative to lead special financial or planning projects of varying nature and complexity with limited supervision by clarifying objectives and assumptions or making appropriate judgments where necessary. Minimum Requirements: 10 years progressive experience in accounting, finance or FPA role is highly Must have healthcare and/or technology industry experience 5 years of financial leadership/management experience Leadership competencies: Strategic thinking: capable of providing clear, balanced advice/counsel on a broad range of strategic and complex financial, operational, product, and go to market issues Driving results: results-oriented style with a high degree of analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills Leading change: ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and work environment Leading people: ability to develop team members and provide leadership to less experienced team members in a matrixed environment. Ability to gain insights through relationships with front-line and mid-level personnel Collaborating and influencing effectively builds strong relationships and partnerships with business leaders and shared service partners at all levels Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct communication style that develops rapport and credibility across the organization, and promotes ideas and proposals persuasively Education: BS in Accounting, Finance or Business MBA preferred
