What you’ll do
- Compile and standardize financial reporting, providing analysis of past performance and future projection data, developing actionable recommendations, and distributing in a timely manner to multiple organizational constituencies.
- Be an integral team member of the Finance team through the Oracle EPM tool, GoSimple Trade Deductions tool as well as other internal tools as needed.
- Support in the business ownership of the Trade Promotion Management Tool as well as financials in all parts of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, information services, and leadership teams for key financial and trade promotion management reports and tools involving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-train and provide back-up support for other functions throughout Finance.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Finance or Accounting preferred).
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint with a working knowledge of financial systems management.
- Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tool.
- 1-2 years of financial analyst experience and experience with Oracle preferred.
- Ability to work independently and utilize initiative and good judgment to help solve complex issues in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
- Team-oriented mindset; ability to interact cordially with all members of the organization and a willingness to assist in other areas as required.
