Summary of Position RequirementsManagement of closing scheduling process to ensure closing dates are scheduled timely.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview NSAs (New Sale Announcements) for review of closing dates; lender; and loan information for reconciling with JDE and D365 (MS Dynamics)Reconcile new sales information in JDE and D365 (MS Dynamics)Work with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure closing dates align with NHOs (New Home Orientations) and FWTs (Final Walk Throughs)Work with Construction Admin to ensure closing dates fall in line with construction deadlinesCall buyers to schedule closing dates and timesSend Closing Letters to buyers, NHCs and Mortgage to ensure all receive expected closing dates and timesUpload Closing Letters to Salesforce and GDrive in Closing File folderHandle scheduling responses, rescheduling & issues via email and phone; quick response time requiredReconcile closing dates by reviewing universe to ensure all homes at designated construction stage are scheduledUpdate closing dates and times in JDE and D365 (MS Dynamics)Within scope monitor monthly closing calendar to manage daily closing volume
Education and Experience RequirementsMinimum High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years experience in mortgage and title processes requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, JD Edwards Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines Good writing and organization skills Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty Team player with the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to interact well with co-workers#CB
