Receptionist-Memorial Manor, PT-Flex, MMA: Administration

This is a Contract position in Pembroke Pines, FL posted February 19, 2021.

This position is located at MEMORIAL MANOR – (Pembroke Pines).Schedule may vary however, incumbent must be available to be scheduled for a minimum of 6 hrs/wk to a maximum of 40 hrs/wk. Minimum scheduled hours are MON. & TUES between 3pm & 8pm. This position must also be available to cover any time off – (including vacations, weekends & any other scheduled or unscheduled time off) – for 2 other Receptionists whose schedules cover the time period from 7:30am – 8pm (SUN.-SAT.)  

Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas(s).


Detailed responsibilities:
• Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
• Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
• Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
