Call Center Agent (Inbound) – Various Shifts


This is a Full-time position in Miami, FL posted April 23, 2021.

Call Center Agent (Inbound)

We are seeking FUN, UPBEAT, ENERGETIC Call Center Agents (Inbound) to join our team!

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

We’re a High End Online Furniture Retail store!

Monitor inboxes for messages and alerts.

Confirm all orders are scheduled to ship on time and follow-up with the shipping team, if necessary.

Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails and chats.

Provide resolutions, follow-up and communicate with customers in a timely manner.

Order cancellations and customer communication, when necessary.

Return tracking with refund follow-through accordingly.

Process replacement part or address change requests in ERP system.

Ability to multitask and handle heavy volume of messages.

Conduct outbound calls to resolve customer questions.

Serve as an appropriate liaison between company’s delivery partners, our fulfillment centers, and our consumers Help facilitate escalations and ensure resolution.

Job Requirements:

Detail oriented and highly organized Fluent in English (Read/Write/Speak) Great attitude and highly communicative Superior follow-up skills 1-2 Years related work experience Technologically savvy, must understand or have prior experience working in: CRM, OMS, proficient with excel (and analyzing data sets), g-suite.

Ability to work weekends and holiday hours as needed.

Friendly phone demeanor.

Location: Must be able to commute to North Miami Beach DAILY and be able to work 1-2 weekends a month.

Schedule: Various Shifts Available between 6am
– 10pm

Pay Range: $15.00-17.00 p/ hour (Based on Experience)
