Discover more at cit.Com/about.OverviewConduct quality assurance on a set of transactions by reviewing contract documents against system data for accuracyIdentify errors for correction / communicate errors in a consistent manner to originations team for correctingRespond to daily correspondence / communication from business / operations in a timely mannerAssist team with completion of assigned daily quality control sample, as necessaryBuild / develop strong relationships with business / operations partners by keeping lines of communication open and having collaborative discussionsGain a thorough understanding of our business / operations processes by participating in process walkthroughs, side by side training, huddles / meetings, and other activitiesImprove Quality Assurance team efficiency by continuous knowledge transfer with our business / operations partnersParticipate in team and business / operations’ assessment / update of Quality Assurance criteria, as necessaryDemonstrate key CIT values in daily performance of work and interactions with team and business / operations partnersCollect, verify and organize facts in a logical manner prior to communicating findingsProduce accurate and objective analytics that measure quality standards and effectiveness of individuals and departmentRequirements:Bachelor’s degree2+ years of audit, testing, quality control, or quality testing experienceLoan/Lease Origination/Operations experience preferredKnowledge of basic finance (amortizations calculations, interest calculations, etc.) conceptsExcellent verbal/written communication skillsDetail orientedMust be willing and able to:o Work in a fast paced environment to meet funding deadlineso Work overtime as neededo Adapt to changing requirementso Work closely in a team environmento Work will all levels of management and cross-functional teamsExcellent problem solver with strong analytical skillsAbility to give constructive critique and implement training conceptsBuilds strong and lasting relationships and partnerships with all levels within the organizationsPrioritize work and quickly evaluate for the best outcome/resolutionSeeks resolution to obstacles, understands processes, roles and responsibilities of the business functions CIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
