Job Description Demonstrates a strong attention to and focus on details and processes
Strong analytical skills to identify and fix errors prior to processing
Complete and work on multiple projects at one time with accuracy
Utilize databases, excel and google spreadsheets and forms
Demonstrate flexibility in a high volume, production environment.
Able to shift between tasks at direction of leadership as business needs dictate.
Strong computer skills using Google, Excel, Word, Access, and client specific software.
Willing to work a variable schedule of 28 to 55+ hours weekly
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper up to 55 lbs.
Handle time-sensitive material, confidential, and urgent packages in accordance with privacy protection policies.
Develop Team Rapport: Keep my teammates and team lead well informed about progress, status, and outcomes
Communicate in a clear, concise professional and articulate manner-verbally and in written form
Actively listen and confirm my understanding by asking appropriate questions
Arrive promptly, dress in attire consistent with corporate dress code
Minimize outside distractions and personal technology during work hours
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Take Responsibility for own work
Manage day effectively by reaching out for work in other trained areas when available

Job Requirements: Ability to work 55+ hours per week
Ability to be available to begin work as early as 6:30am
Ability to be available to work until all daily work is completed
Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
40 wpm or higher on computer typing skills based off computer testing
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written with customers and company personnel required
Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and general automated office processes required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and administrative skills preferred
Strong attention to details in a repetitive manner
Handling up to a maximum of 55 pounds with or without accommodations
Ability to walk, sit, stand or sit for long periods (possibly entire shift)
Ability to adhere to employee attendance policy
