A CERS (Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions), client in the Deerfield Beach, area is looking for a Customer Service. CERS specializes in placing outstanding professionals with some of South Florida’s premiere businesses. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers over the phone and deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
  • Bill, create and send invoices to clients
  • Identify and resolve customers’ billing questions
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for appropriate documentation, sample and promotional material fulfillment, follow up, and any additional actions to ensure superior customer experience
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with executives
  • Ensure timely and appropriate communication occurs with sales professionals in the field
  • Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates
  • Various administrative duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis
  • Extensive self-study, training and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and selling certifications are dependent upon passing required exams

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience and complete proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environment required
  • Superior rapport building skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
