Customer Service Rental Associate

Team Arcimoto is looking for a Rental Associate.

This person works out of Arcimoto’s Eugene Rental location, processing hourly or daily vehicle rentals for customers.

Ensures proper transaction both on delivery and receipt of a rental vehicle.

Reports any vehicle maintenance or performance issues to Arcimoto HQ.

Encourages pre-order sales following a favorable rental session.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESGreet customers when entering or leaving the establishmentProcess POS (point of sale) purchasesHandle cash, credit or check transactions with customersEnsure pricing is correctIssue change, receipts, refunds, or ticketsRedeem stamps or couponsCount money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate changeKeep reports of transactionsEducate customers on proper use of the vehicleEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresWelcome customers to the store and answer their queriesFollow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis”Go the extra mile” to drive salesResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationActively seek out customers in the storeRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer serviceBuild productive trust relationships with customersComply with inventory control proceduresSuggest ways to improve sales (e.g.
