Here, you will make an impact by:n Acts as the primary liaison with 3M customersn Communicates clearly and professionally with 3M personnel by telephone and/or written correspondencen Educates and informs the customer of various processes and directs customers to appropriate resourcesn Develops and leads improvements and/or solutions to work processes and toolsn Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries.

Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issuesn Resolves non-routine and difficult customer complaints and ensures response to product and service inquiries
– Has knowledge and understanding of the current processing systems and can provide service to internal and external customersn Handles internal and external inquiries, claims and complaints; interprets policies and regulations, investigates problems; and communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutionsn Improves customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems and barriers to solutions.

Provides insight to resolve problemsn Participates in and maintains a quality service culture within the Customer Account Management TeamnYour Skills and Expertisexc2xa0nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:n Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionn One (1) combined year of experience engaging, servicing or selling to customers, clients, and/or a direct experience in a 3M Customer Services role in a private, public, government or military environmentnAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:n SAP system experience is preferredn Knowledge or experience within Customer Services role and responsibilitiesn Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferredn Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problemsn Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of othersn Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsn Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretionn Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challengesn Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlinesnLocation:xc2xa0 Remote may be an optionnSchedule: Monday to Friday xe2x80x93 7 am to 6 pm (8-hour shift within that time block)nTravel: May include up to 10% domesticnRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizednMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).nSupporting Your Well-beingxc2xa0n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life xe2x80x93 both physically and financially.
