Manager, Leadership & Development

The Leadership and Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating management and leadership development initiatives and programs that build confidence and capability in our leadership, management, and high potential communities across the organization.

Provide learning expertise to further develop all categories of learning; owner of Leadership and Development training needs.

Collaborate closely with HR Partners and Business Leaders to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences that serve to develop our talent organization.

Manage High Potential community Drives the creation of innovative, best in class learning journeys using different learning mediums (self-learning, instructor lead, experimental, interactive learnings) to drive desired outcomes.

Leads the planning, design, and delivery of leadership development tools.

Deliver programs and solutions for talent as identified.

Ability to coach and teach in virtual as well as in person environments as appropriate.

Responsible for ensuring methods of learning delivery to support effective ways of working to enable development and attainment of high performing talent.

Identify external development opportunities to supplement internal content.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and/or Leadership Development.

BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree as appropriate.

An understanding of learning principles and theories along with creativity in program & delivery.

Exceptional relationship building skills and can build and nurture trust.

Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.

Strong presentation and facilitator skills.
