Available Shifts 8AM-430PM Sat-Wed 8AM-430PM Sat-Wed 8AM-430PM Sat-Wed 10AM-630PM Sat-Wed 10AM-630PM Sat-Wed Responsibilities bull Perform assigned tasksactivities of Service DeskHelp DeskTech Support bull Provide day-to-day support for the execution of the Service bull Respond to internal Service inquiries or requests for assistance troubleshoot and resolve issues escalate to higher level staff or management as needed bull Use PC applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.) to document, maintain and report functionsactivities bull Adhere to ISD Navy Federal practices, policies and procedures bull Perform other related duties as assigned or appropriate Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of the information technology field middot Basic skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems middot Exposure to enterprise systems, terminal knowledge and IT terminology middot Exposure to solving routine or standard administrative, operational andor system problems and issues middot Effective verbal and written communication skills middot Effective communication skills over the phone and through other digital channels (e.g. chat) middot Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills middot Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy middot Strong customer service skills to resolve issues professionally and support customer needs. middot Ability to work independently and in a team environment middot Ability to demonstrate reliability in attendance and in appropriately observing shifts and schedules. middot Desired – Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) middot Desired ndash Strong enterprise ticketing experience with ServiceNow middot Desired – Degree in a technical field. Required middot 2+ years of experience working in a Service DeskHelp DeskTech Support environment middot Experience in working remotely with high productivity with little to no supervision. middot A dedicated workspace arearoom, free from distractions (e.g., free from children, loud animals, music, TV interruptions). middot Have a consistent and reliable high-speed hard wired internet connection which is not public or shared Navy Federal will not provide or reimburse for this expense. middot All equipment must be plugged into a surge protector. middot Have a router that can easily and directly be connected to the computer so that ISD can perform remote diagnostics. middot Have the flexibility, dependability, responsiveness, self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
