Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am 7:00pm CST).

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Our office is located at 10210 Windhorst Road, Tampa, FL 33619Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team membersSet priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are metCoordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment Provide coaching, feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective actionThis role is equally challenging and rewarding.

You’ll need to stay positive at all times especially in difficult situations.

You’ll be asked to mentor, challenge and communicate effectively with all different types of people.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:An education level of at least high school diploma or GED or equivalent years of work experience 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims or customer service environment Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability tonavigate andlearn new and complex computer system applicationsPreferred Qualifications:2 years customer service experienceSoft Skills:Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product UnitedHealth Group is an essential business.
