nnBlueGrace Logistics is adding a Senior Public Relations Manager to our fast-paced, passionate, growing marketing and PR team at our HQ in Riverview, FL.

The Senior Public Relations Manager has a proven track record of creating and executing PR strategies and communications.

Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, the incumbent in this role will play a key role in shaping our public image and reputation across media and in the marketplace.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the company to craft ideas and insights that can be used to drive media coverage with trade and non-trade journalists, thought leaders and influencers.nn nn nn nn Duties & Responsibilities nn Daily management of public relations responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: All media related tasks-journalist relationship development, media and editorial planning and forecast, writing and delivering press releases, media pitching to further BG’s POV, setting and supervising media interviews Story mining, development and content calendar and media database management Monitoring Award submissions Events support Metrics and performance reporting Develop and manage PR strategies and, execute external communications and events that support coverage and placement goals, as well as company goals.

Media training and stakeholder interview preparation-lead the creation of materials, presentations, and talk tracks to prepare executives for engaging with external thought leaders and influencers.

Manage our voice and brand through effective writing and communication with partners, agencies and leadership.

Deliver PR audit and competitive assessment.

Build share of voice against BlueGrace’s major competitors.

Develop and manage weekly/quarterly performance reports using data tracked by a PR monitoring tool.

Collaborate with marketing team to ensure internal & external alignment on messaging and branding.

Manage PR and creative agencies to create a positive flow of BlueGrace news and content to ensure that they meet or exceed success metrics including earned media coverage, share of voice and available reach.

Research, book and manage local, national and regional event opportunities such as tradeshows, conferences and leadership speaking opportunities.

Amplify BlueGrace’s momentum and readiness to enter our next growth stage.

nn nn nn Qualifications nn 5+ years of B2B PR experience required Established book of journalist relationships and well-developed skills in building external stakeholder relationships Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and produce effective communications that meet or exceed goals Working knowledge and ability to use PR technology such as Cision, PR Wire, Global News Wire, MeltWater, etc.

Strong leadership, teamwork, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– both with internal teams, external agencies and business partners Strong research and competitive analysis skills Ability to travel 20% Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent experience nn nn
