PCM TRIALS provides quality, in-home clinical trial visits for various Sponsors and CROs.

We’re the only company that hires, trains, certifies, tests, and manages our own Certified Mobile Research Nurses (CMRNs).

Our mission is to bring clinical trial visits to subjects wherever they may be to increase convenience and compliance with study protocols.Be part of a team who fully embrace our values and key behaviors:We work as a teamWe do the right thingWe figure it outWe pursue growthWe take ownershipWhy work for PCM TRIALS?Contribute to advancements of truly lifechanging treatmentsSchedule your own visits and be a part of our general staffing poolNo research experience required, on the job training providedGain CMRN Certification through GCP trainingCompensation:$50/hr for home visits$25/hr for travel time + current federal mileage reimbursement rates/mile$25/visit completed for administrative timeTraining is compensated on a per project basisThis is a PRN, per diem position with no guarantee of hours.Required Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)Two (2) years of Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IV Infusion, and Subcutaneous Injection experience (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy testsProficient in performing physical assessmentsSkilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication chartingExcellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skillsMust have and maintain a current CPR certificationMust have and maintain a current TB TestPreferred Qualifications:BSNGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursingCurrent, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practiceLicensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repairGood driving recordECG collectionBonus for the ability to speak other languagesSpecific Study Details:Study population is between 2-10 yrs of age, nurse will need to be comfortable performing Subcutaneous Injections and preferred experience with IV/Phlebotomy skills for this age population.
