**Job Description**The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting for our IT function.

You will work closely with all levels of IT leadership and hiring managers tounderstand the strategic recruiting needs of the business as well as drive improvements to increase talent pipelines for critical roles.In addition, this role will collaborate with internal hiring partners during forecasting and planning conversations, lead recruitment-related projects and increase theawareness of our employer value proposition to assist in our efforts to attract top IT talent.Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to our IT leaders by developing and driving strategies to recruit technical talent in a highly competitive market
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leader to analyze ROI of current strategies, design, and assist with implementation of strategies for higher ROI
• Work with agencies, recruiting contractors, and internet website representatives while conducting employment advertising campaigns
• Develop, support, and maintain diversity recruitment programs and attend recruitment/networking events
• Manage and recommend process improvements and strategies on moving the department forward
• Develop, generate, and distribute recruiting related reporting; provide analysis on data to enable business leaders to make sound decisions regarding talent strategies
• Implement and administer recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill openings
• Source potential candidates via job boards, social networking, passive recruiting techniques, and other available methodologies
• Develop relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to foster a working relationship that is conducive towards the overall success of the hiring process
• Determine recruiting strategies, based on opening and role, and adequately source
• Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track and advance candidates through the workflow
• Accurately describe the available position and provide realistic job preview
• Gather and analyze timely candidate and interviewer feedback
• Ensure candidate requirements are met and successfully disposition candidates accordingly after the interview process
• Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures
• Create, track, and finalize appropriate paperwork, including requisitions, offer and decline letters, etc.
• Assist College Recruiting Manager by traveling to career fair sites and facilitating candidate selection
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• 3+ years in technical/IT recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
• Experience in utilizing large ATS systems (i.e., Taleo, Brass Ring, etc.)
• Experience utilizing strategic sourcing to identify passive candidates and experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principlesPreferred Qualifications
• PHR/SPHR Certification
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
• Knowledge of other MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, andcommunications skillsPhysical Demands
