Hyperautomation Services Account Executive (Services Sales)

This is a Full-time position in Lakeland, FL posted August 2, 2021.

For the role of Hyperautomation Services Account Executive, we are seeking an experienced sales individual who can help us scale the number of Enterprises that use our core supported platforms, mainly focused on Appian Hyperautomation technology.

Candidates must have experience building and developing a territory to high performance within a SaaS, early-stage or similar technology provider.

Successful candidates will help to build a catalog of businesses within their given territory.

Supported by the broader Vuram organization, successful candidates will need to drive their own activity and build a funnel while being supported through a diverse and extended executive and delivery management team.

Candidates should be driven with a proactive mindset.

Proactively network with existing and new client to position Vuram’s professional services

Relationship Management: executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the Client Partner

Distinguish competitive advantages that Vuram has over other hyper automation service providers

Communicate with IT executives (such as Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, SVP/VP/Director of IT) as a “trusted advisor”, without the need for technical support

As a Hyper-automation Services AE you must be able to “radiate,” or build on success at a customer organization by expanding business to other departments at that same customer organization.

Lead discovery sessions with clients to unpack potentially complex technical requirements and prescribe a Vuram service offering that aligns with those needs

Research and retain fundamental knowledge about common client use cases & relevant Vuram services across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and others

Exhibit a strong sales process by actively tracking pipeline & opportunities, forecasting close dates & opportunity value, developing go-to-market campaigns, creating account plans for target accounts, and maintaining consistent follow-up on both inbound and outbound leads

Minimum Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience with software consulting sales.

Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets

Deep understanding of SMB and Mid-market Account sales

Experience selling into Accounts and prospects within your region

Knowledge of Mobile, Web & Cloud Technologies

Experience in working in target driven model

Good team player

Strong motivation skills and a positive attitude

Trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues

English (Swedish), communication and social skills to interact with a global customer base

Flexibility to travel

Preferred Competency Requirements:

Experience in any RPA, AI/ML or BPM platform, ERP space

Experience in Appian or another BPM tool

Working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux)

Knowledge of agile development methodologies
