Consistently named a Top Workplace in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Times Opened an offsite 24 bed, 24/7 emergency room in Central Pasco to better serve the emergency health needs of residents in west and central Pasco Work Hours/Shift:  Full Time, Monday- Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. 5-10 hours of overtime at night each week You Will Be Responsible For: Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning and ventilation systemsDevelops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outagesAssist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requestedTroubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM’s on daily basis, and in a timely manner Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely mannerMaintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications What You Will Need: Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventoryMust be able to read, write and speak conversational EnglishMust have the ability to document records neatly and accurately Ability to generate requisitions for materials and suppliesAbility to assign priority and teams in a timely mannerAbility to instruct others as per blueprints and work from sketchesAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumesKnowledge of safe handling tools and equipmentBasic Microsoft office computer skills High School Education or GED Two years of maintenance experience Three years of healthcare maintenance (preferred) Valid state driver’s license Job Summary: Installs, operates and maintains the organization’s heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
