We are currently seeking exceptional Property Claims Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys with at least two years of experience in defense of first party property claims litigation, that and possess:

• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar;
• Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
• A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice;
• Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software;
• Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
