Claims Processing Data Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced, well-cultural, and challenged individual to be our next Claims Processing Data Administrator to join our team in our Miami, FL 33130 location.

About the Role:The Claims Data Administrator is responsible for reviewing and maintaining data, utilizing various software (MS, Excel, MS Access, DRRT GPS and Calculator). Employee will be responsible for reviewing individual case information and send weekly initial trade request via e-mail and monthly General Active Case List reports. Employee will be responsible for direct client communication which includes documents request clarifications from clients and follow ups. Employee will be responsible for manually calculating recognized losses for clients that request it using respective allocation plans for each case. Employee is responsible for the trade summary report and to generate and send the report of all the trades we received daily.
What you’ll do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Handles routine data bases including planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining data, including investment transaction and loss calculation data, utilizing various software (MS Excel, MS Access, GIPSy
- Creation and administration of data base in SQL Server
- Cleaning up transaction data; identifying deficiencies, preparing proof of claims for class actions settlements
- Employee shall further be responsible for cleaning up transaction data, identifying deficiencies, preparing proof of claims for class action settlements
- Analyzing results and able compiling, sorting, arranging, and presenting data, information, results following requirements
- Combined data, results generated from different systems and maintain the results in the secured destination
- Following requirement to export and update existing results at any time
- Ensure the organization’s database is always accurate and up to date
- Participates in communication for any case discussion/developments
- Secures information by completing database backups
- Maintains data/information confidence and protects operations by keeping data/information confidential
- Works closely with Legal, Client Relations and Marketing Departments
- Establishes workflow, analyst project priorities
- Other duties may be assigned by management
Our Perfect CandidateEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, business administration, economics, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis and research methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
- Fundamental financial knowledge, including knowledge of different aspect financial derivatives, ability to interpret financial statements such as cash flow, balance sheet and others, is required
- Knowledge about SPSS, R, or Python is a plus
- Knowledge about Bloomberg is a plus
- Solid analytical, problem solving and research skills
- Strong written, verbal communication skills
