Global Change Management Lead

Tech Data Corporation

This is a Full-time position in Clearwater, FL posted April 24, 2021.

This role works very closely with the Global Change Management Director in supporting specific change management activities for key initiatives that are a part of Tech Data’s transformation efforts.

A critical responsibility of this role is ensuring that change management standards are imbedded in identified projects.

Supporting the development of critical processes that will enhance and elevate the change management COE (center of excellence) is another important area of responsibility.

•Work on key complex cross-functional transformation initiatives as the change management subject matter expert and execute activities from change management strategies
– (i.e.

change impact analysis, training assessment etc.,) (70%)

•Support the change management COE with executing activities that elevate the capability
– (i.e.

leveraging change networks
– practitioner community of practice, key processes and learning etc.,) (10%)

•Partner with the Talent team in identifying and leveraging tools on transformation initiatives (i.e.

LMS, training tools and others) (10%)

•Collaborate effectively with other change management stakeholders to ensure processes and standards are utilized(5%)

•Identify other areas of focus in the Talent Management team that can be utilized (i.e.

analytic tools, dashboards etc.,) (5%)

Qualifications:
Experience:

•5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree with Business, Management, field of study or additional equivalent # of years experience with Business, Management, Organizational Psychology, Field of Study preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

•Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

•Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level.

•Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.

•Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
