The job responsibilities include: Participates in the care planning process to help maximize our resident’s potential.

Supervise and work with certified nursing assistants.

Documents assessments and care in compliance with scope of practice standards of care, and company policy.

Educate patients and their families on health-related issues.

Performs other duties as assigned.
