Operations Assistant


This is a Full-time position in Deerfield Beach, FL posted April 23, 2021.

This position is responsible for carrying out all aspects of an organization”s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Review information and reports provided by center management analyze for accuracy and enter into spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.

Maintain and update files using specific reports to verify timeliness and accuracy Assist center and district managers in use of processes procedures and software Assist center management in the adjustments of billed accounts due to changes in rates, credits and billings errors.

Assist in the ordering and tracking of supplies from various vendors Assist Accounting Analyst with collections processes Develop relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information Maintain high standards of quality and service to both internal and external customers Ensure that all operations activities operate consistently and ethically within the values and mission of Children of America Passionate about Children of America”s mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy mission and values of Children of America to external and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications Proven success in the following job competencies: Analysis and Reporting Business Planning and Management Communication and Presentation Customer Focus and Relationship Building Influencing Information and Technology Proficiency Leadership Problem Solving and Decision Making Education Bachelor”s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
