This is a Full-time position in Green Cove Springs, FL posted April 23, 2021.

Permit Coordinator is responsible to order, assemble, submit and track permits. Self motivation, organization, good communication skills and the ability to multitask is a must! This job requires that you be able to use multiple computers switch between programs proficiently. Other job duties are completing application for utilities and architectural review. Must have 2 years experience in the construction industry.

  • Efficiently manage permitting related tasks
  • Effectively track and follow up with vendors in order to meet construction deadlines
  • Manage and maintain schedules and data across multiple programs
  • Ability to respond and communicate successfully with multiple clients by both email and phone
