QA Quality Assurance Specialist


This is a Full-time position in Deerfield Beach, FL posted January 13, 2022.


  1. Tracks and maintains data from Call Center and outsource partners call handling and reporting
  2. Uses data/reporting to track trends and make recommendations based on these insights to improve performance of Call Center and outsource partners
  3. Responsible for ensuring quality assurance material is updated and accurately details the current policies, procedures and standards
  4. Observes chats from the Call Center and provides feedback to improve performance
  5. Assists on development of chat agents
  6. Works with Call Center Supervisors to perform investigations relating to call handling
  7. Responsible for development of Call Center Representatives based on recommendations from Supervisors and Managers
  8. May require other administrative duties as assigned
  9. Conducts other related duties as assigned
