Skillset:

• Summary

  Plans, organizes and executes multiple functions of the RAP Billing and Payment System (RBP). Performs monthly auditing of roadside transactions and facilitates club reimbursement for services rendered. Queries and analyzes RAP reimbursement data, identifies and recommends system enhancements, creates report, maintains data models, troubleshoots problems and anticipates future needs of the system. The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for clubs on matters related to RAP reimbursement.

  Duties and Responsibilities

  1: Analyzes roadside claims to ensure accuracy of the services and charges submitted by Client. Must have the ability to make judgment calls while adhering to program policies and procedures to ensure accurate and prompt reimbursement for RAP service provider expenses to client. Requires a thorough understanding of the rate structures in place, for each program. (25%)

  1. Communicates proficiently with Client and RAP Clients regarding services and corresponding rates. (25%)
  2. Produces and analyzes a series of data reports required by clubs and clients. (15%)
  3. Assists the department program managers with customer and dealer reimbursements. (15%)
  4. Serves as the department’s primary point of contact with managers at clubs regarding the reimbursement of RAP service provider expenses. Audits roadside submissions in the RBP System and provides instruction to Client on corrective action necessary to facilitate payment. (10%)
  5. Analyzes call detail on selected groups of roadside assistance service events to validate accuracy of data prior to reimbursement to clubs; contacts clubs when further clarification is required. (10%)
  6. Performs other duties as required.

  Requirements

  • AA degree in business administration, statistics or 3-5 years of equivalent job experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and database management
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills
