Technical Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Technical Analyst II. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Key collaborator with support and other IT resources to engineer Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager and implement solutions to meet company requirements
  • Develops complex object oriented implementations and determines appropriate design and testing tools/protocols to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Assesses unique and challenging organizational needs including business issues and risk while evaluating and proposing solutions for unique technology and functional requirements
  • Analyzes unique business operational requirements and conducts research as the basis to design and implement appropriate technical solutions to accommodate those functional needs
  • Leads in the configuration and implementation of Ivanti for the enterprise
  • Mentors and collaborates with other teams in appropriate work-related competencies
  • Major contributor and/or guides product design, system analysis, debug tasks, root cause analysis, and support for assigned products
  • Prepares technical and process documentation for complex Ivanti product sub-systems
  • Regularly provides accurate effort estimates to complete assigned work
  • Primary liaison between client and Ivanti vendor
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or any combination of related education and/or experience preferred
  • Certified Service Desk Administrator
  • Certified Service Manager Administrator
  • Certified User Workspace Manager Administrator
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Teamwork Administrator Associate Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSA): Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification
  • Possess an understanding of ITIL lifecycle (Certification preferred)
  • SharePoint administration and configuration experience is nice to have
  • Ivanti Service Desk/Service Manager administration and configuration experience preferred
  • Strong technology proficiency and expertise in multiple areas within Information Technology
  • Strong experience in database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
  • Strong ITSM understanding/experience preferred
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies and grasp the concepts of the ultimate strategic and tactical goals
  • Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates the ability to think through situations and develop appropriate solutions
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional, or as an individual
