This is a Full-time position in Miami Beach, FL posted January 5, 2021.

Bilingual Telephone Operator, Per Diem (Weekends) nn Shift hours: Weekends only, Saturday & Sunday 7:30 am
– 4:00 pm.

On-call Monday-Friday, 1st shift.

Provides outstanding customer service to all staff, community, physicians, and patients utilizing the phone system, pagers as well as on-line computer pager system.

Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct.

Follows customer service standards for phone communications.

Assists callers with information as needed.

Pages all personnel based upon approved schedule as needed.

nn Qualifications nn Great customer service skills.

Switchboard experience preferred.

Bilingual-English/Spanish required.

Must be available to work weekends.
