The CCL Engagement Manager helps build out the production support program elements and has an assigned portfolio of CCL customers.

Provides direct customer support and is the primary liaison between the customer team and Optum/CCL.

The Engagement Manager collaborates with stakeholders, CCL Audit Ops, Product Development, and Optum account management to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for Optum CCL services.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday
– Friday.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm CST.

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and/or enhance client production support processes for Optum’s Clinical and Coding Logic (CCL) Solution Coordinate client transition from implementation project to production support Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements for optimizing CCL value Work closely with product development to identify solutions and plan for the successful customer adoption of new releases Help triage and resolve customer issues Monitor and report on customer CCL performance and provide governance and oversight Help provide savings analyses for existing customers and prospects Work closely with product development to create client reporting and dashboards Demonstrate leadership and outstanding communication skills You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 3 years of work experience in facility/professional billing, coding healthcare services, and/or medical bill analyses 2 years of work experience in a role having direct contact with clients supporting enterprise integrity software solutions Windows PC applications, Excel (viewing/filtering data and view large data sets to help determine root causes ) and PowerPoint (building presentations).

Basic understanding of medical bill review processing and workflows Must be able to travel up to 25% Telecommuting Requirements: Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Preferred Qualifications experience and skills: Bachelors degree (or higher) Previous experience working in an account management or client services role Soft Skills: Work experience in translating client requirements into product specific requirements Soft skills: Demonstrate ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers and team members in a compassionate manner Military & Veterans find your next mission: We know your background and experience is different and we like that.

SM Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
