About the OpportunityIn this role, you will engage with seniors who are interested in living in a community designed for seniors.

You will play a critical role in the inside sales process as you coordinate sales events, support sales tours and work with a team of sales counselors to promote the communitys value to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include: Recording new leads and maintaining the sales databaseProviding regularly scheduled reports from the database Ensuring model suite(s)/apartment(s) are well maintained and presentable Answering telephones; typing, collating and distributing correspondence and other materialsOrganizing, coordinating and assisting in the planning of special events, including weekend events; assisting in prospective resident community tours if neededQualifications:Associates Degree preferredOne (1) year experience in a sales administrative support role involving customer serviceEnjoys working with the senior populationStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteConsummate people skills.

Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of peopleAbility to use Microsoft Windows, including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Ability to use email and the Internet.

Ability to use client tracking and design software.Proficient organizational skills and must be detail orientedAbility to solve problemsCan define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidanceProjects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trustBenefits: $17.00 Per Hour + CommissionsIn addition to a rewarding career and competitive salary, Discovery offers a comprehensive benefit package.
