This is a Contract position in Clearwater, FL posted January 1, 2021.

Marketing Associate, Outbound Marketing Supporting a Fortune 100 company located in Clearwater, FL Position is remote with equipment provided-will eventually return to working onsite at customer location in Clearwater at a date to be determined.

Schedule: Monday
– Friday 8:30am
– 5:00pm Starting Pay: $14/hr.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs outbound marketing calls to current customers and end user audiences through direct and indirect marketing.

Communicates current rebate specials, promotions and event information to entice customers to participate.

Also helps to identify end user opportunities that can be passed to existingcustomers that are designed to close and grow their business.

This position will apply professional outbound marketing techniques, including strategic business planning, comprehensive discussions and closing techniques.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working from customer lists and/or database, makes outbound follow-up calls to existing customers and end users to qualify leads and promote available products and service contracts.

Provides customers, potential customers, and end users with information about Client, their Business Partners, and Reseller Services.

Helps to identify end user opportunities that can be passed to existing customers that are designed to help them grow their business and identify new relationships.

Prepares reports tracking the results of campaigns and sends reporting communications in a timely manner to project stakeholders.

Gathers marketing feedback and creates campaign reporting to include follow-up opportunities for resellers/internal stakeholders/vendors.

Generates a detailed reporting of all calls to track reseller feedback and comments.

Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at an intermediate level.

Previous Experience (Years & Type): 1 year in outbound calling/cold calling/call center environment preferred.

Experience in lead generation/qualification and setting sales appointments preferred.
