What You’ll Do:

  • Establish strategic sourcing and brand category development plans.
  • Execute the overall project timeline, lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, identify risks that may affect the timeline and lead efforts to mitigate risks.

    Communicate the project status to all cross-functional team leaders.

  • Set the operational road maps to deliver successful assortment, functional product specifications, branding and positioning criteria
  • Develop annual plans to define and produce a road map and provide financials, feasibility, timelines, resources and consumer insights that will form the basis of essential product features.
  • Provide business analysis on current assortment performance and recommendations on future assortment development and innovation within assigned categories.
  • Develop and execute best sourcing, negotiations and purchasing models for product lines.
  • Use data to determine products for Arteza to develop based upon current sales and margin.
  • Monitor total category performance and KPIs.
  • Responsible for influencing multiple teams across the organization, domestically as well as globally to promote assortment solutions.
  • Develop product solutions in support of the company direction and ensure that the company’s goals of product innovation and quality are achieved

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working experience in global sourcing, merchandising, brand management.
  • Must have experience in Product Development Management.
  • Ability to understand and manage opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to think strategically using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Scrappy in nature and can push forward
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and people management skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce and start-up preferred.
