Strong negotiation skills – Candidate will negotiate selected product and service contracts as assigned.

Experience in reviewing, analyzing and confirming the value to the company and its customers is crucial.

Sales experience Candidate will implement successful sales strategies giving field and inside teams the tools to solicit customer adoption and commitment for all company programs.

In addition, the candidate will use appropriate analytics to measure program adoption and company revenue.Excellent written, verbal and attention to detail skills –The candidate will demponstrate proven business experience associated with developing successful communication targeting both the company team and customer base.

These communications will include education, implementaton, adoption, promotion and results.Fund Solicitation The candidate will solicit funds, advertising and prizes for company events, publications and other promotional opportunties from contracted vendors.Company Events The candidate will oversee and prepare staff for any company events and provide all follow up as necessary.

Health care knowledge-Eexperience would be useful, even if it not pharmacy related.Technology skills Experience with technology, databases and Microsoft applications important.Team player The candidate should be comfortable working with with team members accross regional offices in and outside of Florida.Travel Some business travel.
