Our programs are designed to protect children from abuse and neglect; to help people overcome substance abuse, to manage mental health, or to gain control of debilitating behaviors; to care for and connect seniors to needed services; to provide emergency financial and food assistance to support Holocaust survivors; and to welcome and help resettle refugees from around the world.nnnn WHAT YOU WILL DO: nnnnYou’ll develop and lead Gulf Coast’s employee education and development program; align leadership development efforts with our vision, mission, values, and strategic plan; and lead and evaluate training, orientation and people development programs by designing, implementing, evaluating and providing ongoing learning and development programs.

In this role you’ll be the main driver of the Agency’s performance management and leadership succession effortsnnnnYou’ll collaborate with key leaders to address performance and leadership needs, and provide leadership development solutions including coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, special projects, assessments and talent management.
