About The Position* Martin Transport, Inc. is seeking a hands on Sales and Operations Manager with transportation supervisory experience* The ideal candidate will display strong character and integrity and will be responsible for all safety, sales, and operational aspects of the terminal in accordance with company guidelines.Terminal Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent.* (5) plus years of experience in a logistics/trucking environment.* Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness within a dynamic and fast paced environment with varied task requirements and changing demands.* Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, planning & organizational skills.
