About the Role: Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing Operations, the Manager, Marketing Analytics will be responsible for measuring the performance of marketing programs, developing insights and making recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

You will be part of a Commercial Marketing Organization that is focused on driving customer adoption of a rapidly growing portfolio of 10x products and applications.

You will be responsible for leading the transformation of our marketing and business analytics capabilities by employing a value-centric mindset and by effectively partnering with various stakeholders across the organization.

What you will be doing: Define and own marketing analytics solutions and services Develop and implement multi-year analytics roadmap to meet evolving business strategies and priorities Partner with global and regional marketing stakeholders to design & implement reporting dashboards that track key measures and performance trends, and provide actionable insights to marketing leadership Provides a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions to market and responsible for translating raw data into insights that prove or disprove business / marketing hypotheses Partner closely with Productivity engineering and Commercial Information Ops to develop reports for marketing stakeholders Analyze web and paid media performance, develop scorecards and generate insights on content usage and paid campaigns Use SEO tools such as SEMrush to measure SEO performance and make recommendations Provide analytic insight on optimal lead scoring, multi touch attribution Research and suggest best sources for benchmarks, second and third party data sources to add context to analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to define quarterly and annual demand generation targets, monitor achievement, and deliver forecasts that will help teams to measure and enhance.

Develop and implement a marketing measurement framework to determine marketing effectiveness, contribution and spend efficiency Partner with cross-functional teams to inform commercial data strategies and capabilities To be successful in this role, you must have: 6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics Lifesciences experience is highly desirable BA/BS is required and Advanced Degree (MS, MBA) is highly desirable Robust understanding of tagging and other campaign tracking strategies, hands on experience with GTM Proficient in web and media analytics using GA, Adwords, heat mapping and VOC tools Solid understanding of B2B marketing analytics as it relates to driving customer awareness, consideration, engagement and demand generation Hands on experience with SQL, Tableau Solid understanding of multi touch and single touch attribution, customer lifetime value (CLV), pipeline analytics, and lead scoring Experience in developing internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, alerting systems, tooling, dev ops Ability to lead collaboration across functional teams to deliver insights and observations on customers and marketing effectiveness Self-Starter with strong project management & collaboration ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize data into powerful insights Nice to have skills & background: Lifesciences experience is highly desirable
