The Marketing Program Manager role provides a unique opportunity in evolving the Corporate Marketing Operations function at Gartner into an engine that accelerates the growth and effectiveness of marketing programs.

The program manager will partner closely with the Director, Marketing Operations & Technology, to develop and execute the operations roadmap through technology-based innovations that improve the efficiency of the marketing funnel and provide the foundation for significant growth.

Dallas, TX
– Fort Myers, FL
– US Remote (EST/CST)

What You Will do:
Work with Marketing Leadership to define and prioritize technology efficiency gains across marketing programs and the marketing technology stack Develop our Marketing Operations intake process, tracking, and effective execution and partnership across Marketing.

Provide project management for various marketing operations initiatives Create and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and communicate program results Work cross functionally with center of excellence teams including email automation, demand generation, and web operations to prioritize, execute key initiatives
What You Will Need:
3-5+ years of progressive business experience, ideally in a marketing or sales operations role 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) Strong project management skills, priority-setting capability, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively develop and build new functional and operational processes Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment Bachelors degree
