Project Manager

This is a Full-time position in Tampa, FL posted May 3, 2021.

Role: SmartSource is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 5 month opportunity located in Tampa FL. This will be a combined onsite and remote opportunity. Standard business hours Monday-Friday. Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining resource schedule, credentialing process, booking travels, creating expense reports, job postings on the Fieldglass, scheduling interviews with resources, communicating with resource partners, joining project meetings, taking meeting minutes and all other aspects of project coordination activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy – Work with the project team and other support team stakeholders to successfully onboard new projects and build requirements plan with the Project Managers
Support – All aspects of project setup including project and work order templates, site lists, resource planning, schedules.
Project Recruiting – Execute projects’ recruiting strategy utilizing the Field Nation platform including adhering to the project’s budget.
Delivery Execution – ensure technicians are prepared for engagement, arriving on time, completing all required tasks, providing deliverables, and checking out in alignment with project and client expectations; escalate any exceptions as needed to support the tech and the project.
Post-Delivery Support – Work with Project Managers and technicians to resolve any issues and any work order discrepancies related to approvals and technician pay
Documentation/Reporting – Perform the necessary on-going administrative tasks needed to build and implement user friendly documentation and processes and reporting specific to the our customers program including recruiting

Maintain Relationships – Highlight success stories, support management in internal/external communication, participate in strategy discussions.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Microsoft products experience required (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Mostly business hours, but some weekend support is required
