Fast Growing Licensed FL Real Estate Brokerage (Member of 10 FL-Real Estate Boards) and 150+ agents is looking for a Manager to help with the day-to-day management of our real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be an integral part of a unique and growing real brokerage firm with opportunities for growth. No 2-days will be the same, you will be challenged but part of a great management team who prides themselves on being innovative problem solvers. This is Virtual/ work from home position but you must be licensed and located in FL. We don’t want clock-punchers or 9 to fivers !!!!!!
You Must Be:
Licensed Realtor in FL 5+ Years
Problem solver with a can-do attitude
Tech Savvy (google spreadsheets/ ms word/ etc.)
Experienced in FL Contracts and Helping Agents with Contacts
Have knowledge of Online Lead Generation Programs (Zillow, Realtor, etc.)
Buyer Agent Training Experience a plus
Organized Self Starter
Salary:
$20,000 Per Year Salary W2 after 4 week trial period @ $400/week.
